Recipe From:
蛋黄材料:
蛋黄 6颗
牛奶 60ml
幼糖 50g
巧克力粉 20g
自发面粉 110g
choco elmuco 1tsp
食油 60ml
苏打粉 1/4tsp
- 一般戚风蛋糕做法。
蛋白 6颗
幼糖 150g
塔塔粉 / 柠檬汁 1/4tsp
- 把蛋白打至硬性发泡。
- 把1/3 的蛋白霜加入蛋黄面糊拌均匀,然后再倒入其他的蛋白霜拌均。
- 把混合好的面糊倒入 22cm 的戚风模内,轻敲震掉大气泡,送入烤箱即可。
