I have try types of baking chiffon cake. But so far the most satisfy chiffon that i made is this - Chocolate Chiffon cake. Hahaha....the more I practise, the better I have. See, this texture, don't know how many times I bake this chiffon cake and now it looks very nice on top and inside. So spongy o....

Recipe From:
蛋黄材料
蛋黄 6颗
牛奶 60ml
幼糖 50g
巧克力粉 20g
自发面粉 110g
choco elmuco 1tsp
食油 60ml
苏打粉 1/4tsp
  • 一般戚风蛋糕做法。
蛋白材料:
蛋白 6颗
幼糖 150g
塔塔粉 / 柠檬汁 1/4tsp
  • 把蛋白打至硬性发泡。
  • 把1/3 的蛋白霜加入蛋黄面糊拌均匀,然后再倒入其他的蛋白霜拌均。
  • 把混合好的面糊倒入 22cm 的戚风模内,轻敲震掉大气泡,送入烤箱即可。
